This 3-kilometre, family-friendly 2.5-hour tour is perfect for the fossil enthusiast looking to dive even deeper into Prince Edward Island's geologic history! Geologist and educator Laura MacNeil will guide you along our province's most prolific fossil site, travelling back in time 60 million years before the dinosaurs.

THE PALEO ENTHUSIAST TOUR is similar to the regular 1.75-hour Prehistoric Tour but with extra doses of fossil hunting and fossil sites! We will walk much further down the shoreline and visit some concentrated permineralized wood sites that have yielded some of the most beautiful specimens discovered on PEI.
